Nick Booker BCom FCIM MTS

Nick Booker.  Extensive experience in marketing for the leisure and tourism sectors.  Nick is a Director of Attract Marketing Ltd and Booker & Hopkins Associates Ltd. He has extensive business experience in a career covering business development, marketing strategy, market research, market planning, company appraisal and acquisition. Nick has been a director of a visitor attraction, is currently Honorary Marketing Advisor to the Staffordshire Regiment Museum at Whittington, near Lichfield, is a member of the Tourism Society and is a trustee of the British Postal Museum & Archive and the Coventry Heritage & Arts Trust.

Nick has written a number of leisure sector marketing articles for Attract Marketing.

Janet Lang BA MRS

Janet Lang.  Expert in market research and customer satisfaction studies.  Janet is a director of Attract Marketing Ltd and runs Lang Research Associates. A member of the Market Research Society with over 25 years experience in research, Janet has worked on a range of research projects, many with Attract Marketing. These have included market opportunity analysis, customer satisfaction and business development, as well as programme evaluation, consumer expectations and competitor activity.

Hugh McCormack BSc MMRS MCIM

Hugh McCormack.  Public and private sector research and marketing planning Hugh is a Director of Attract Marketing and also runs a market research consultancy – mc2 research. He is a full member of the Market Research Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.  Hugh has over 30 years experience of researching and planning marketing activity for public and private sector organisations. This includes working for client organisations as well as agency suppliers and consultancy specialists.

He has extensive experience of both quantitative and qualitative market research techniques.

Allan Randall MA B.Ed (Geography) Cert Ed MAHI

Allen Randall. Learning and interpretation expert. Provides Heritage interpretation strategies Alan specialises in Focused Learning and Interpretation and is Heritage Consultant for the Built and Natural Environment. He is a Senior Associate of Attract Marketing Ltd and HLF ‘expert adviser’ for Learning and Access. Alan has developed many Audience Development Plans and Heritage Interpretation Plans/Strategies. He has won a number of awards for his work including  first prize in the Industry Education Awards 2000 and ‘Best innovative business –education site in 2006’

David J Blackmore BA (Hons), MA (Museum Studies)

David worked full time for the Royal Armouries for twenty-four years including fifteen years as Registrar. He played a leading role in the development of the Royal Armouries new museum in Leeds. He has wide experience of Collections Management including loans, exhibitions logistics, shipping, security, writing policies and procedures and auditing.

David has broad curatorial experience including curating exhibitions, working on films and an established academic reputation with an extensive history of lectures and publications. His professional memberships include the Museums' Association, the UK Registrars Group and the Battlefields Trust.

Ray Heath MA BA MILAM MTS

Ray has been involved with the design of visitor attractions and leisure activities for over 20 years. His national and international experience of design and implementation includes a wide variety of attractions such as;

* The National Sea Life Centre, Birmingham
* Nature Quest, Southampton
* Terra Miticia Theme Park, Spain

Ray has also worked with many museums and galleries, and leisure, hospitality and retail projects in the UK and elsewhere.

Simon George BA (Hons)

Simon is a director of Wootton George Consulting Ltd, which focuses on sourcing project funding for the not-for-profit sector. WGC has experience of most fundraising techniques and fields of operation. It is accredited by the National Council of Voluntary Organisations and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Dennis Clarke BA (Business Studies), MBA

Dennis specialises in Project Management, Concept Development and Actualisation, Marketing and Strategic Business Support to small and medium enterprises in the public and private sectors. He provides interim management support to a variety of companies, particularly in the leisure market, including change management and new strategic direction for companies such as PGL, the UK's leading provider of school trips and educational tours - offering outdoor adventure courses, subject specific courses and overseas tours.

Dennis is a long standing associate consultant to the Welsh Assembly Government, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Fellow of the RSA, Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants, and Member of the Institute of Interim Management.
